Sri. L Balakrishnama Naidu, Chairman and Managing Director, is our Chief Architect and Engineer with more than two decades of expertise. He directs the group in the development and construction of all residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Sri. Santosh Balakrishna is the Executive Director of the group with a post graduate degree in Management, University of Australia. He holds the helm of our ship; constantly steering us on the right course, and ultimately making sure that projects are executed and completed on time.

Our Management is backed by a dedicated and passionate squad of project engineers, site engineers, marketing managers and administrative staff members, without whom, the success of our projects would be impossible. With a strong and efficient sales, online and CRM team, we deliver top- notch results, always.

Due to our dynamic involvement in the housing sector for more than two decades, we have been able to shape associations with active participants in other fields i.e. with various banks, HNI’s, NBFC’s, and other credible institutions. Through our partnerships, we aim to craft long lasting relationships that will support the progression of our apartments, hospitals, shopping malls and IT parks.
